Office Manager

Do you have lived experience of mental distress or addiction and an interest in social justice? Do you want to work in a small friendly social enterprise?Do you have proven office management and financial administration skills? This is the job for you.

This role will involve financial administration and office management (more details in Job Description)

You’ll need to have the following experience and skills:

 

  • At least three years’ experience in office management.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and streamline office processes.
  • Bookkeeping skills.
  • Competence in Xero, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Website maintenance and social media management.
  • Good people skills and a sense of humour
