PeerZone would like to introduce you to our new teamie!
We are welcoming the wonderful Suzy Stevens to the PeerZone team.
Suzy has personal experience of mental distress and receiving compulsory treatment by mental health services. She has worked in the New Zealand Aotearoa mental health sector for many years and her work experience includes peer advocacy, peer support, development of peer run services, project management and facilitation.
Suzy lives on the Kāpiti Coast with her partner Rob and cat Ali.
Suzy is joining us as Project Lead of the “No Worries” workplace anti-discrimination project that PeerZone will be delivering over the next 3 years which is funded by the Health promotion Agency.
