This workshop starts with a discussion on what are the current issues for youth today followed by a brain storm on what is youth culture. We then move onto what wellbeing means and the different ways we can get support for our physical and mental wellbeing. A discussion follows on what young people can do for themselves and each other when they experience mental distress and where they can go for support. The workshop then moves onto outlining young people’s human rights, the rights they think are most important and the benefits from knowing our rights.
